The following Terms and Conditions apply to how we supply any School Uniform or other products displayed for sale on this Website which you purchase through this Website or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights if you are contracting as a consumer.
The information, service, School Uniform and other products displayed for sale on this Website are intended for use by residents of the UK only, and are not aimed at or intended for use by residents of any other jurisdiction.
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
(i) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts on your own behalf or on behalf of the school for whom you are acting (as applicable); and
(ii) you are at least 18 years old.
How the Contract is Formed between You and Us
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that items have been dispatched.
The contract between us will only be formed when we send you such dispatch confirmation. The contract will only relate to those items ordered whose dispatch we have confirmed in such confirmation, and we will not be obliged to supply any other items that may have been part of your order until
the dispatch of such items has been confirmed in a separate dispatch confirmation. Anyone who is not a party to the contract is not entitled to enforce any of its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that Goods advertised on our website are available. If we do not have all of the Goods you order in stock, we will offer you alternatives. If this happens you may:
1 accepts the alternatives we offer;
2 cancel all or part of your order;
If we owe you money on account of your cancellation, we will credit your credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation of your order.
The placing of products on this Website is an invitation to accept offers for products and is not an offer to sell at the listed price nor is it binding on us. We are under no obligation to accept your order.
We endeavour to keep our website and catalogue prices updated and accurate but it is possible that the price may have increased from that published. If that happens, we will not send your order until you have confirmed that you wish to order at the new price.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will notify you of the correct price and we will give you the choice of either purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling your order.
If you confirm you want the product at the corrected price we will deliver the product to you. If payment has been charged for the purchase and you cancel your order we will, on return of the Goods, issue a refund. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, you have no right to cancel or amend any order for any items once placed and received by us.
Payments / Ordering Online and Security
Shopping at www.uniformoutlet.co.uk Shop is safe. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information. All credit and debit card payments are processed by a leading online card processing gateway Barclays payment solutions, who are approved by all leading card issuers and are compliant with the latest PCI-DSS card processing regulations.

If you are still unsure about sending your credit or debit card details to us over the Internet, please telephone 0208 6217308 / 07403 360836 between 9:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday and speak to one of our customer service representatives to place your order. You can pay for your goods at delivery by cash or cards.
We do not store or process any credit or debit card details through any of our computer systems or internet servers. For online payments the card details are processed and held by Barclays Payment Solutions and are not available to us. For telephone orders we process the payment directly through our terminal.
All order paperwork is securely destroyed one month after completion of your order.

We do not use third party suppliers for our embroidery. All our production is done, in house with our own equipment by our own experts. Therefore we have 100% control of our manufacturing and will delivery your orders on time at all times. Your orders can place 24hs online or phone us during trading hours. Delivery time will be informed to you as soon as your order been confirmed.
Although rare, if you do receive damaged or faulty products, please contact us immediately to organise a refund or replacement. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for decorated products unless they are found to be faulty.
